The Ingersoll 'Communal Door' nightlatch - design unchanged for over 40 years. 10 lever high security cylinder as standard. Non Double locking version for communal doors & emergency exits. Bolt can be held back by turn snib on side of case. Supplied as standard with strike plate for outward opening door. The handle is non deadlocking making the lock suitable for hotel bedrooms, common entrances etc, where inside opening is essential at all times.
