Returns

NOT REQUIRED ITEMS

You can return your Saunderson Security purchase for a refund for any reason provided that:

  • The item is returned within 30 DAYS of delivery.
  • The item is returned to our registered address.
  • You include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice with your returned goods.
  • Items are returned unused and in original packaging.
  • The entire item including, where applicable, any instruction sheets and all keys are returned.
  • You will need to pay the return delivery costs and these are non-refundable.
  • Express delivery charges are non-refundable where delivery was made or attempted on time.
  • Bespoke items such as additional cut keys are not covered by this returns policy.

ITEMS RECEIVED AS FAULTY

Please check your order is correct, complete and undamaged as soon as you receive them. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please:

  • Contact Us as soon as possible and not later than 30 DAYS of delivery
  • Email us any supporting information eg. photographs
  • Where required, we will arrange the uplift of the faulty item
  • On receiving the item back we will verify the fault and send a replacement item
  • Any product faults notified after 30 DAYS of delivery will be considered Returns Under Warranty

RETURNS UNDER WARRANTY

All product Warranties or Guarantees are offered by the product Manufacturer and not Saunderson Security. Please consult the product packaging and manufacturer's website for the period and terms of any warranty. All warranties offered are "return to base" meaning you will need to return the product to the manufacturer or the retailer (us). If you have a problem with a product:

  • Contact Us with proof of purchase and details of the problem
  • We will contact the Manufacturer and confirm the return address
  • You will need to pay any return delivery costs and these are non-refundable
  • The item will be repaired or replaced under the terms of the Manufacturer Warranty
  • We will try resolve your claim as quickly as possible but note some claims can take up to two weeks
  • There may be a delivery charge to return the repaired or new item back to yourself
