Asec Budget door closer is a reliable door closer designed to provide controlled closing of single action doors. Closing speed can be adjusted for both "sweep" and "latch" operations to allow flexibility in the door closer action. The door closer can be installed on the pull to open side of the door, or the push to open side of the door. They are also non-handed i.e. can be installed on doors with the hinges on either the left or the right side. Supplied with all fixings and installation instructions. 10 Year Guarantee manufactured to ISO9002. Fire tested to BS476 part. 22 to a 1 hour standard. Tested to over 500,000 cycles.
