The Kaba Simplex LP1020 mechanical push button exit trim provides exterior access by combination with a key override, while allowing free egress at all times by interior exit device (not supplied). This fully mechanical lock eliminates the material and labor expense of battery replacements. It is compatible with most leading brands of Exit Devices (exit device and related mounting hardware not included). Access is via a single access code - one easy to manage code for all users. The lock is easily programmed via keypad without removing lock from the door.
