Covid-19 : Delivery delays at Royal Mail

We are currently aware of delays being experienced in Royal Mail deliveries due to the impact of Covid-19 and related restrictions.

Our Standard Delivery Service utilises Royal Mail services for lighter consignments. Although most Royal Mail deliveries are being made within our advertised 1 to 5 day delivery lead time, some orders are taking longer to reach our customers.

Please note your Royal Mail tracking number will be emailed to you when we dispatch your order. Please use the Royal Mail Tracking Service to confirm if your parcel has been delivered.

For time sensitive orders please use our Express Delivery Service which is a courier delivery using DPD or Fedex. Our Express Delivery Service is currently running on schedule.
