The Stronghold 80mm padlock combines compact design with market leading product performance. Designed to resist the harshest attack these locks can also function reliably in the very worst weather conditions. Squire's distinctive cover has been designed to fully protect the lock body and key cylinder from exposure to the elements of rain, snow, ice and the sun. It is made of highly durable, high impact ABS giving the lock excellent resistance against extreme weathers, dirt and sand. Tested to meet CEN Grade 6, it is a high security closed shackle padlock featuring double ball bearing locking and a 16mm diameter boron steel shackle. Rekeyable 6 pin tumbler cylinder and key retaining (the key cannot be removed from the lock without the lock being returned to the locked state).

The Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) has been working with industry and government for more than 100 years to set the standards needed to ensure that security products perform effectively. LPCB offers third-party approval confirming that products meet these standards. The SS80CS achieves LPCB Level 3 approval.
